Custom Framing Return Policy

We appreciate your trust in our craftsmanship. Every piece that leaves our studio is built by hand, from scratch, to your exact specifications. Because each frame is a one-of-a-kind creation tailored to your artwork, dimensions, and design preferences, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds on completed custom framing orders.

Our Commitment to Quality

Our master framers take great pride in every project. We carefully select materials, cut precise joinery, and handle your artwork with the respect it deserves. Before any piece leaves our hands, it undergoes a thorough quality inspection to make sure it meets our standards and yours.

When We Will Make It Right

If your finished piece arrives with a manufacturing defect or does not match the specifications confirmed at the time of your order, we will repair or remake it at no additional cost. Examples include:

Damaged or flawed moulding -- visible nicks, cracks, or finish imperfections that were not part of the selected profile

Incorrect dimensions -- the frame does not match the measurements confirmed on your order

Wrong materials -- a different moulding, mat, or glass than what was specified

Assembly errors -- misaligned matting, improper mounting, or compromised structural integrity

To report an issue, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your completed piece. We will evaluate the concern and, if it falls within the conditions above, arrange a prompt repair or remake.

What Is Not Covered

Because custom framing is made to order and cannot be resold, we are unable to accept returns based on a change of mind, a shift in decor preferences, or color variations that fall within the natural range of the selected materials. Differences in how materials appear under various lighting conditions or on digital screens are inherent to the process and do not constitute a defect.

Deposits and Cancellations

A deposit is required at the time your order is placed. Once production has begun, cancellations are subject to a restocking and materials fee, as components may already be cut and assembled to your custom specifications.
